Intro Into Muscle Testing

Muscle testing can be fun! It can also be a little intimidating... this is a short course to introduce you to the idea of muscle testing and how to tune into your body's biocomputer and ask questions to the subconscious. This is not a replacement method for visiting with your doctor and taking the doctor's advice. But muscle testing can be useful in determining things like whether or not a muscle is locking or unlocking in response to a stressor. muscle testing allows us to see how the body is communicating with the different body systems such as the connection between muscle and meridian responses. In Future classes such as Epigenetics and Touch for Health we will go into more applications of this muscle response method.
